Brentwood Timberlane Apartments is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $25 per pet per month. There is a non-refundable one-time pet fee of $300 for each pet. There is a 40 lb weight limit for each pet. Please reach out to the leasing office for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
